The first marble race from the Sand Marble Rally 2018!
The Sand Marble Rally is a marble racing competition using various 25mm (1 inch) glass marbles, including favorites such as Red Number 3, Ghost Plasma, and Dragon’s Egg. Marbles are sent down a long, winding track dug in the sand that includes various obstacles, and must finish as quickly as possible to earn the most points. After all eight races in this season’s A Division are completed, the marble with the most points will be declared the champion!

Generally speaking the darker it is, the faster it is and the lighter it is the slower it is.
That was an excellent track! Lot's of "shortcuts", zig-zagging and even a hairpin. Watching this again just for that. 😀

Wow, Blacknight run was impressive, getting 2nd in the start, but getting squished at the hair pin, but tgen making the comeback through the shortcut, and taking back all places one by one to end 2nd overall, what a fighting spirit !

Odds are on superball. Not the fastest or smartest but consistently puts the work in and out the training field. With the amount of effort he's putting in, results are bound to bear fruit. Excited to see his performance in the rest of the season. Finishing top 8 is not bad at all for a rookie.
