“Sorry, you can’t view or download this file at this time. Too many users have viewed or downloaded this file recently. Please try accessing the file again later. If the file you are trying to access is particularly large or is shared with many people, it may take up to 24 hours to be able to view or download the file. If you still can’t access a file after 24 hours, contact your domain administrator.”

Your might got download link and when you browsed the Google Drive you saw this message. In this video I showed you exactly how you can bypass Google Drive quota exceeded problem. In fact this problem happens when a file is being downloaded numerous times and Google drive bandwidth limit is exceeded. Google limits bandwidth to 1250MB per day to prevent any abuse. To solve this problem we need to copy the file to our Google Drive account and then we can download the copied file from our own Google drive account. If you see any copy error this is mainly because your Google Drive has not enough space to copy the file. So just free up some space then you will be fine. In the video I showed you how can you solve the problem. The message is usually like this “Error creating copy (File Name)”.
